BOOT CAMPJoin us for this heart pounding invigorating workout. Military style drills will motivate you to work harder, move faster and challenge you to meet your full potential.
CARDIO SALSADerived from the spicy flavor of Latin dance comes a unique blend of dance and exercise. The music will make your heart pound, your body sweat and your feet move in ways you never thought they could. If you enjoy rolling your hips, a smile on your lips and having fun while you exercise, this class is for you. No dance experience required.
CROSS- TRAINING CARDIO Cross-train your body with this easy-to-follow yet, challenging cardiovascular workout. This class includes sport drills as well as athletic moves guaranteed to make you sweat! Exercises may be performed using the BOSU, Reebok Coreboard, TRX and other athletic equipment.
DRUMS ALIVE®We'll combine traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythms of the drums. Drums Alive is a cardiovascular workout involving the entire body as well as a powerful tool for stress reduction and mental balance. Break the rules, open the door and enter the new dimension of fitness. This is a class for everyone.
HIP HOPLearn new, fun dance moves in an energetic class. Put a little more groove in your step and learn a hip routine you can take home with you.
NIA - THE TECHNIQUEExperience the joy of movement! This class combines concepts from yoga, tai chi, tae kwon do, aikido, jazz, and modern dance to create a total-body cardiovascular conditioning experience.
NORDIC WALKINGAlso known as ski walking, this effective exercise combines fitness walking with modified hand-held ski poles. You'll burn up to 40% more calories than regular walking and strengthen your upper body. Nordic Walking also reduces the stress on your joints. Learn this technique in the first few minutes and then we will take it outdoors.
SPRING TRAININGThis cardio workout incorporates kickboxing, cross training and Tabata training (an interval cycle of 20 seconds at maximum intensity and 10 seconds of rest repeated eight times in four minutes).

SPRINT CIRCUITThis ultimate gym workout is for any level of fitness. Class starts with a short introduction to the weight equipment, followed by a five minute warm-up on your choice of cardio machine. Every three minutes you will alternate between strength exercise and an aerobic workout. You’ll leave behind miles with smiles as you watch the time fly.

ZUMBA®Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves are fused in this dynamic fitness class. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

QI YOGAA new, yet traditional self healing modality, Qi Yoga combines three ancient traditions - Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Hatha yoga - to focus the mind, not on the breath, but on the physical sensations generated by the body as it breaths. CORE CONDITIONING This workout focuses on toning and defining the abdominals and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. Exercises are performed using a variety of tools: Reebock Core Board, BOSU,Weights, Tubing, and/or the Abvantage. Shoes required.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT Improve your form and learn proper lifting techniques. This is your chance to have a professional instructor teach you how to use the resistive strength-building equipment. This circuit-training workout includes several stations of specific weight training exercises designed to work every muscle group. Travel the circuit twice for a real challenge.
POWER PILATES® Enjoy these classical Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates. These exercises, originally called Contrology, increase strength and flexibility, lengthen the body and align the spine. Exercises may be performed using additional stability equipment such as rollers, balls, bands and circles. (All levels of fitness are welcome.)
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING Using a variety of equipment including body bars, medicine balls and/or fitballs, this class effectively works the upper body, lower body, back and abdominals in a variety of ways. Shoes required.
